وزیر جهاد کشاورزی سید جواد ساداتی نژاد وزیر جهاد کشاورزی در نشستی با استاندارهرمزگان و مجمع نمایندگان استان در مجلس شورای اسلامی، بر احیاء و بهره برداری از ظرفیت های فراوان بخش کشاورزی و شیلاتی تاکید کرد و گفت: با توجه به درخواست های فراوان از سوی مردم باید ظرف ۴ سال آینده مشکل مالکیت اراضی کشاورزی تمام استانها بر طرف شود.
به گزارش ندای هرمزگان، همچنین استاندارهرمزگان، مجمع نمایندگان استان و وزیر جهاد کشاورزی در خصوص رفع مسائل و مشکلات بخش کشاورزی استان هرمزگان بحث و تبادل نظر کردند که تدوین طرح جامع توسعه کشاورزی استان با رویکرد بهره گیری از سرمایه گذاری داخلی و خارجی و بر مبنای ارائه تسهیلات ارزان قیمت از دیگر موضوعات مورد تاکید وزیر جهاد کشاورزی بود.
انباشت و افت شدید قیمت محصولات در زمان برداشت و نارضایتی شدید مردم با توجه به سیاستگذاریهای تنظیم بازار، تعرفه گذاری نامناسب و ایجاد وقفه در صادرات، ملی بودن اراضی کشاورزان و بهره برداران و محدودیت در استفاده از تسهیلات و قوانین حمایتی دولتی وفرسوده و غیراقتصادی بودن بیش از ۱۴ هزار هکتار از باغات و نخیلات استان هرمزگان موجب کاهش تولید و بیکاری روستائیان و توسعه فقر از جمله چالش و راهکارهای پیش روی کشاورزی هرمزگان است.
نبود نهالستانهای معتبر در استان هرمزگان و کمبود نهال سالم، استاندارد، جدید و پربازده مرکبات و میوههای گرمسیری،محدودیت تأمین برق و ایجاد زیرساختهای الزم با توجه ظرفیتهای موجود در توسعه فعالیتهای صنعت پرورش میگو، خطرپذیری و وجود ریسک باالی سرمایه گذاری در بخش کشاورزی و نبود پوشش بیمهای در زیرساختهای بخش کشاورزی همه محصوالت کشت شده در استان، وجود خاک های ضعیف در بخش کشاورزی دارای بافت خاک شور، شنی و سبک با کربن آلی کمتر از ۵ درصد از دیگر مشکلات این بخش است.
باید کمبود تسهیلات ارزان قیمت بانکی و افزایش هزینه تولید و پدیده خشکسالی در استان هرمزگان با توجه به اقلیم جغرافیایی خاص و پایین بودن متوسط بارندگی سالانه به بخش کشاورزی استان اضافه کرد و لذا حمایت و اعطای تسهیلات موردنیاز به شرکتهای دانشبنیان جهت ایجاد مرکز تهیه نهال و میوههای گرمسیری و مرکبات در دستور کارقرار گیرد.
پدیده خشکسالی بیش از ۲ دهه بر سر هرمزگان سایه افکنده و این استان بواسطه نبود برنامه ریزی دراز مدت برای صرف جویی در مصرف آب و کاهش نزولات آسمانی، چشمه ها، قنات و آبهای زیر زمینی خشک شده و کشاورزی را با چالش جدی مواجه کرده است.
درحال حاضر به غیر از سد جگین در جاسک، سد های استقلال میناب،سد شمیل ونیان بندرعباس بواسطه نبود باران در۲سال اخیر خشک و در شرایط بحرانی شدید قرار دارند بطوریکه حتی ازاین سدها برای شرب هم استفاده نمی شود لذا آب کشاورزی هم تحت شعاع قرار داده است.
در این سالها فشار شدید به آب سفره های زیر زمینی و احداث چاههای عمیق دراستان زیاد بوده و بیشتر تامین کشاورزی از این طریق بوده که اکثر آبهای زیر زمینی تا اعماق ۲۰۰متر پایین رفته وبه شدت کاهش یافته، شور و لب شور بوده و قابل استفاده نیست.
با وجود شرایط سخت بی آبی، گرمایی و رطوبتی استان هرمزگان با بیش از۱۵۰هزارهکتاراراضی در قالب ۷۸ هزار هکتار باغات و ۸۷ هزار هکتار زراعت و برخورداری از ۳۰۰ هزار هکتار زمین مستعد کشاورزی همواره در مدار تولید و دارای استعدادهای خدادادی کشاورزی است.
استان هرمزگان با ۲۲ بندر صیادی «با سعیدو، درگهان، بندرصلخ، سوزا، رمچاه در قشم، کنگ، بستانه وحسینه بندرلنگه، کوهستک و خورآذینی سیریک، چیروئیه، زیارت و جوادالائمه پارسیان، لاوان، کلاهی میناب، گوگسر و کوه مبارک و خور جاسک، خمیر، باهنرو پشت‌شهر بندرعباس و بندرصیادی هرمز» و بهره‌مندی از ۴هزار و ۵۰۰ فروند شناور صیادی، صید سالانه افزون بر۲۷۰هزار تن انواع آبزی، ۳۰ درصد بندرهای صیادی و ۳۶ درصد صید انواع آبزیان کشور را به خود اختصاص داده که این آمارها نشان از جایگاه و اهمیت فعالیتهای شیلاتی این استان در کشور دارد.
فرصت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری در بخش‌های مختلف هرمزگان متنوع می‌باشد اما در بخش شیلات، صید و صیادی و پرورش آبزیان یکی از راه‌های تبدیل فرصت به ثروت به ویژه در قالب طرح‌های سرمایه‌گذاری شیلاتی در استان است.
از طرفی زنجیره تولید، سرمایه گذاری و اشتغال موجود در هرمزگان موجب شده در راستای توسعه فعالیت این استان توانمندی در زمینه پرورش میگو و ماهی در قفس در دستورکار مسوولان قرار گیرد و بخشی از ظرفیت های دریایی از جمله آبزی‌پروری به مرحله اجرا درآمده که توجه و سرمایه‌گذاری در این زمینه می‌تواند تحولات اقتصادی را در این صنعت برای استان و کشور به ارمغان آورد که اثرات آن سالیان سال ادامه داشته باشد.
درسال «تولید، پشتیبانی‌ها ومانع زدایی‌ها» توجه به شکوفایی و رونق اقتصاد دریا محور از محورهای اصلی توسعه هرمزگان محسوب می‌شود و از همین رو پرورش ماهی و میگو و تجارت از طریق دریا در راستای تحقق این اقتصاد در دستور کار شیلات و جهاد کشاورزی قرار دارد.
