رئیس کل دادگستری هرمزگان از ورود دستگاه قضایی این استان به موضوع عدم وجود پادزهر عقرب گزیدگی در خانه های بهداشت روستایی خبر داد.
به گزارش ندای هرمزگان، علی صالحی با اعلام این خبر اظهارداشت: در راستای احقاق حقوق عامه با توجه به حادثه غمبار جان باختن نوجوان اهل روستای فارغان شهرستان حاجی آباد بر اثر عقرب گزیدگی که موجب داغدار شدن خانواده آن مرحوم و جریحه دار شدن عواطف و احساسات عمومی شد، دستگاه قضایی استان هرمزگان به موضوع عدم وجود پادزهر در خانه های بهداشت روستایی و علل دخیل در در حوادث ناگواری از این دست ورود کرده است.
وی تصریح کرد: در همین رابطه به دادستان عمومی و انقلاب مرکز استان هرمزگان مأموریت داده شد تا به سرعت با اخذ توضیحات لازم از مسئولین مربوطه در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان و دیگر دستگاه های متولی ، موضوع نبود پادزهر عقرب گزیدگی در خانه های بهداشت روستایی و درمانگاه های دهستانی و بخشی استان هرمزگان به دقت بررسی و نتایج آن به منظور شناسایی عوامل دخیل و برخورد با هرگونه قصور و تقصیر در کوتاهترین زمان ممکن اعلام شود.
رئیس کل دادگستری هرمزگان با اشاره به ابراز رضایت رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی «مد ظله العالی» از ورود دستگاه قضایی به موضوع احقاق حقوق عامه در دیدار اخیر با مسئولین قضایی کشور و تأکید معظم له بر لزوم گسترش این موضوع به مسائل مختلف ازجمله حمایت از تولید، رفع تصرف منابع طبیعی، سلامت، آموزش، محیط زیست و امر به معروف و نهی از منکر، خاطرنشان کرد: دستگاه قضایی استان هرمزگان با نصب العین قرار دادن منویات داهیانه مقام عظمای ولایت (حفظه اللّه تعالی) و تبعیت از سیاست های ابلاغی از سوی ریاست قوه قضاییه، رسیدگی به مطالبات عمومی و صیانت از حقوق عامه را با جدیت و قاطعیت پیگیری خواهد کرد.
