ندای هرمزگان – گروه اجتماعی
زلزله روز گذشته هرمزگان که کانون آن فین شهرستان بندرعباس بود، دو بار باقدرت شش و چهار و شش و سه دهم ریشتر با فاصله زمانی کمتر از یک دقیقه موجب وارد آمدن خسارت و وحشت مردم شد.
این زلزله در گزارش اولیه منتشر شده تا شب گذشته یک فوتی و بیش از 10 مصدوم بر جای گذاشت. یکی از فوتی های این زلزله بر اثر سقوط تیر برق در بندرعباس رخ داد. بر اساس گزارش منتشره از سوی هلال احمر و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی عمده مجروحان در اثر خروج از منزل و فرار از محل حادثه هستند.
زلزله روز گذشته به قدری شدید بود که باعث احساس آن در استان های همسایه و حتی کشورهای امارات و عربستان نیز شد. در آخرین گزارش علام شده تا شب گذشته محور بندرعباس سیرجان نیز بر اثر ریزش کوه و تونل مسدود است و تلاش برای بازگشایی مسیر ادامه دارد.
کانون این زلزله که فین بندرعباس بود، باعث شد تا منازل این شهرستان بین 20 تا 100 درصد تخریب شود. تصاویر منتشره در شبکه های اجتماعی نیز حاکی از ریزش کوه در برخی از نقاط هرمزگان بویژه مرکز استان بود. در ریزش کوه تاکنون گزارشی از آسیب جانی نشده است.
در پی وقوع این زلزله تمامی امکانات بسیج شده است و معاون اول رئیس جمهور نیز به دستور سید ابراهیم رئیسی به هرمزگان سفر کرد که گزارش این سفر در شماره آتی منتشر خواهد شد.
در پی این زلزله برق بخش کمی از مناطق زلزله زده قطع شد که با حضور اکیپ های اتفاقات تلاش شد به پایداری لازم برسد.
کریم همتی رئیس جمعیت هلال احمر نیز با بیان اینکه طبق برآوردها ۱۳۷ روستا تحت تاثیر زلزله استان هرمزگان قرار گرفته‌اند، گفت: خوشبختانه با وجود این که زمین لرزه بزرگی در جنوب کشور رخ داد اما خسارت زیادی در پی نداشته است.
کریم همتی در خصوص آخرین وضعیت مناطق زلزله زده هرمزگان افزود: ساعت ۱۵:۳۷ بعد از ظهر یکشنبه شاهد وقوع زمین لرزه ای به بزرگی ۶.۴ ریشتر بودیم که مناطق زیادی از استان هرمزگان را تحت تاثیر قرار داد و حتی در کشورهای همسایه نیز احساس شد.
او گفت: این زمین لرزه شمال و شمال شرقی شهرستان بندرعباس را به شدت تحت تاثیر قرارداد و آسیب هایی نیز به برخی منازل وارد کرده است.
رئیس جمعیت هلال احمر تصریح کرد: بلافاصله نجاتگران و امدادگران جمعیت هلال احمر جهت انجام ارزیابی‌های اولیه از لحظات نخستین به مناطق متاثر از زلزله اعزام شدند و استان های همجوار نیز به حالت آماده باش درآمده اند.
همتی ادامه داد: خوشبختانه با وجود این که زمین لرزه بزرگی در جنوب کشور رخ داد اما خسارت زیادی در پی نداشته است. پس از وقوع زلزله در هرمزگان ۱۵۰ نیروی عملیاتی ۶۱ روستا را ارزیابی کردند. طبق برآوردها ۱۳۷ روستا تحت تاثیر زلزله قرار گرفته اند و تیم هایی نیز به سایر روستاها اعزام شده است.
رئیس جمعیت هلال احمر با اشاره به این که از قبل آماده وقوع زمین لرزه بودیم، گفت: در استان هرمزگان، ۸ هزار چادر و ۱۷ هزار پتو در انبارها وجود دارد و در این خصوص با هیچ کمبودی مواجه نیستیم. استان های کرمان و فارس نیز به عنوان استان های معین مشخص شده اند تا پشتیبانی لازم صورت گیرد.
وی افزود: هلال احمر در ورزشگاه ها و مدارس مستقر شده است تا شرایط اسکان اضطراری را فراهم کند و اقلام زیستی، خوراکی و امدادی نیز آماده توزیع در میان شهروندان است. همچنین ۵ هزار تخته پتو، ۲۷۰۰ دستگاه چادر، ۵ هزار تخته موکت و سایر اقلام امدادی به کانون زلزله ارسال شده است.
همتی تاکید کرد: عملیات فردا نیز ادامه خواهد داشت و به تمام مناطق تحت تاثیر زلزله خدمت رسانی خواهد شد. هلال احمر تا آخرین لحظه در کنار مردم است و به تمامی متاثرین از زمین لرزه امدادرسانی خواهد کرد و تمام تلاش خود را می کند تا آلام شهروندان را کاهش دهد.
در همین حال مدیرعامل شرکت آب و فاضلاب هرمزگان از پایداری وضعیت آب استان پس از زلزله شش و چهار دهم ریشتری هرمزگان خبر داد.
امین قصمی با بیان اینکه تمامی اکیپ اتفاقات آبفا در سراسر استان به حالت آماده باش در آمده اند، افزود: تمامی تاسیسات تامین آب بندرعباس از جمله آبشیرینکن یکصد هزار متر مکعبی بندرعباس با ظرفیت کامل در مدار تولید هستند و مردم نگران تامین آب شرب خود نباشند.
به گفته قصمی، در برآوردهای اولیه مشخص شده که هیچ گونه آسیبی که موجب قطعی و خسارت جدی به تاسیسات شرکت آب و فاضلاب باشد، گزارش نشده و نگرانی بابت قطعی آب وجود ندارد.
به گفته وی در حال حاضر کارشناسان و اکیپ های اتفاقات و امداد با حضور در محل تاسیسات شهرها و روستاهای استان هرمزگان به ویژه شهرستان های بندرعباس قشم فین خمیر و میناب در حال بررسی حادثه احتمالی بروی تاسیسات آبفا هستند.
گزارش تکمیلی از این حادثه در شماره فردا منتشر خواهد شد.
مدیر شرکت ملی پخش فرآورده‌های نفتی منطقه هرمزگان گفت: در جریان زلزله عصر دیروز ، تاکنون گزارشی از خسارت به تأسیسات یا جایگاه‌های عرضه سوخت فرآورده‌های نفتی استان دریافت نشده است.
فضل الله اکبری اظهار داشت: طی بررسی های صورت گرفته هیچ‌گونه حادثه و یا خسارتی به ما گزارش نشده ، اما با این حال نیروهای بازرسی به کانون زلزله اعزام شدند تا در خصوص خسارت ندیدن تاسیسات اطمینان حاصل کنیم.
وی تصریح کرد: در همان لحظات اولیه ستاد بحران تشکیل شده و وضعیت سوخت‌رسانی به طور دقیق و برخط رصد شده و این آمادگی وجود دارد در صورت نیاز سوخت ترمیمی از انبار های نفت به مناطق مورد نیاز ارسال شود.
