ندای هرمزگان – مرضیه دشتی
شانزدهمین جلسه علنی شورای اسلامی شهر بندرعباس پیرامون دستورکار نشست هم اندیشی مدیرعامل جامعه معلولان و مدیرکل سازمان بهزیستی استان هرمزگان به مناسبت هفته جهانی معلول برگزار شد.
به گزارش خبرنگار روزنامه ندای هرمزگان، یکی از اعضای شورای اسلامی شهر بندرعباس در نطق پیش از دستور شانزدهمین جلسه علنی شورا ضمن تبریک روز جهانی معلولان اظهارداشت: معلولیت محدودیت نیست و هرگز نباید مانع بروز توانمندی‌های یک معلول شد؛ طبق قانون برای معلولان به عنوان قشری از جامعه، حقوقی مصوب شده که ضروری است برای تامین آسایش آنها این قوانین که مغفول مانده اجرا شود.
حجت الاسلام عبدالرضا حیدری سراجی افزود: در این شرایط هر چه میزان معلولیت بیشتر باشد مشکلاتشان برای تردد در سطح محله و شهر بیشتر است؛ باید شرایطی فراهم شود که بستر حمل و نقل عمومی معلولان آسان تر صورت گیرد؛ توجه نمودن به معلولان در صدور پروانه‌های ساختمانی و پایان کار پروژه‌ها توسط شهرداری بندرعباس باید لحاظ شود؛ عدالت اجتماعی زمانی محقق می‌شود که زمینه حضور معلولان در شهر با حذف دشواری‌های تردد آنها فراهم شود و عیوب نواقص در زمینه رفاه معلولان باید برطرف شود.
حجت الاسلام حیدری با تبریک روز دانشجو، از این روز به عنوان یک روز ضداستکباری و فریاد آزادی خواهی در تقویم جمهوری اسلامی ایران یاد و بیان داشت: همچنین در شرف روز پرستار هستیم که ضمن تبریک این روز، از پرستاران میخواهم حضرت زینب را الگوی خود قراردهند.
وی در بخش دیگری از نطق خود خطاب به شهرداری‌های مناطق بندرعباس گفت: قابل توجه همه شهرداری‌های مناطق بندرعباس؛ این روزها وقتی در خیابان‌های بندرعباس تردد می‌کنیم باید مواظب باشیم تا حادثه‌ای برایمان رخ ندهد و اگر دچار سانحه شدیم هم هیچ کس را نمی‌توان مقصر این حادثه معرفی کرد.
وی با انتقاد از وضعیت نامناسب خیابان‌های شهر بندرعباس گفت: باید برای حضور در خیابان‌های زخم خورده این شهر سعه صدر داشته باشی چرا که نه گوش شنوا و نه اراده قوی برای رفع این مشکلات وجود دارد، یکی از عمده ترین وظایف مدیریت شهری آماده کردن بستر شهری برای استفاده آسان شهروندان است اما گویا این موضوع در برهه‌ای از زمان مورد بی توجهی قرار گرفته است.
حیدری با انتقاد از وضعيت بهداشتی سطل‌های زباله بندرعباس خاطرنشان کرد: سازمان مدیریت پسماند شهرداری بندرعباس در راستای حفظ بهداشت محیط و جلب رضایت و رفاه شهروندان به تعویض سطل‌های زباله فرسوده و آلوده اقدام نماید و شست و شو و گندزدایی آنها در سطح شهر را در دستور کار قرار دهد.
هرمزگان بر روی نواری از معلولیت قرار دارد
مدیرعامل جامعه معلولین هرمزگان هم در این نشست با اشاره به اینکه این استان بر روی نواری از معلولیت ها قرار دارد، گفت: علت این معلولیت ها تصادفات جاده ای، ازدواج های فامیلی و ضرب و جرح منجر به معلولیت در این منطقه شده که کشور را دچار بحران کرده است.
محمدحسن استاد عنوان کرد: با مستمری و یارانه تنها می توان زنده ماند و آن هم شاید، اما برای زندگی بهتر که شعار بهزیستی هم هست باید بسته حضور معلولین در شهر فراهم شود.
وی با بیان اینکه برای اشتغال، مسکن، ازدواج و ایاب ذهاب چاره اندیشی شود، افزود: مصوبات مربوط به خرداد سال 97 در شورای اسلامی شهر بندرعباس به مشکلات معلولین اختصاص داشت که بعد از مطرح شدن پیشنهاداتی مورد تایید اعضاء شورای چهارم هم قرار گرفت اما هیچوقت اجرایی نشد.
مدیرعامل شرکت جامعه معلولین هرمزگان ادامه داد: اگر می خواهیم معلولین سربار جامعه نباشند باید بستر را در جامعه فراهم کنیم و در پایتخت اقتصادی کشور، نازیبا و ناپسند است که در بهترین نقطه شهر نابینا و معلول ویلچری نمی تواند تردد کند.
استاد در صحن علنی شورای اسلامی شهر بندرعباس خاطرنشان کرد: همچنین طرح ون سرویس در و شورای چهارم مطرح شد که می توان چکش کاری کرد و اگر ایرادی دارد برطرف کرد، زیرا اکنون در کلان شهرهایی مانند اصفهان و تهران اجرایی شده است.
وی اظهارداشت: ما نباید سرخود را کلاه بگذاریم، امروز چاره کار موظف کردن دولت به استخدام و پشت میز نشینی نیست بلکه آموزش های فنی و حرفه ای بزرگترین گره گشایی است.
سرپرست بهزیستی استان هرمزگان هم در ادامه ی این جلسه با ابراز نگرانی از وضعیت معیشتی و مشکلات بسیار افراد تحت پوشش این سازمان گفت: روزی نیست که مراجعه کننده ای نخواهد خودش را در سازمان آتش بزند!
حسن نژاد افزود: بهزیستی باید به خلق ثروت برسد زیرا در پرداخت ها اختلاف وجود دارد و باید محل پایدار مالی وجود داشته باشد که به دلیل گرانی های موجود، بتواند فعالیت های خود را انجام دهد.
وی اظهارداشت: خوشبختانه در بخش مسکن به توفیقات خوبی رسیده ایم و پیگیری ها نتیجه داد زیرا نیکوکاری اعلام کرد اگر در شرق هرمزگان زمینی را اختصاص دهند می تواند به صورت اجراه به شرط تملیک مسکن بسازد.
